Strawberry cream cheese spread. Strawberry cream cheese adds light strawberry flavor and makes the dip super creamy. Be sure too let it soften to room temperature to keep the dip from getting lumpy.
Marshmallow creme. One 7 oz. jar of marshmallow creme — or fluff — adds sweet fluffiness that makes this strawberry fruit dip so addictive. If prefer to make your own marshmallow fluff, you'll need about 2 ½ cups of it.
Seedless strawberry preserves. A couple of spoonfuls of seedless strawberry jam or preserves is a fun twist and amps up the strawberry flavor. Use any flavor you like to create your own concoction — like raspberry or blackberry.
How to Make Strawberry Marshmallow Fluff Dip
Step 1: With an electric mixer, beat softened cream cheese and marshmallow creme at high speed in a medium bowl until it reaches a smooth and fluffy consistency.

Step 2: Cover the dip in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Serve with fresh strawberries, assorted fruit, fruit kebabs, chocolate chip cookies, vanilla wafers, pretzels -- everything!
Expert Tips

FAQs
The most likely reason your cream cheese fruit dip is lumpy is that the cream cheese was too cold. The easiest way to sidestep lumpy dip is to let the cream cheese soften to room temperature. Soft cream cheese is much easier to blend with the marshmallow creme into a perfectly smooth and creamy mixture.

Can this be used as a cupcake frosting?
Cara Lanz says
I haven't tried it, but I think the consistency of cream cheese spread will be too runny for frosting. Perhaps if you use a brick of cream cheese it may be firm enough? I have also seen marshmallow fluff frosting recipes with cream cheese and marshmallow creme that also include a stick of softened butter and 2-3 cups powdered sugar. Something like that might be another option? Let me know what you try and how it works!
