Why You're Going to Love These

Cream cheese. Mustard and mayo have always been classic deviled egg recipe ingredients. But since we're going in the everything bagel direction with these, it seemed cream cheese should be at the party, too. Wow, it's good!

Everything bagel seasoning. If you can't find it in your grocery store, just mix equal parts:

    • poppy seeds
    • toasted sesame seeds
    • dried garlic
    • dried onion
    • add a little less of one part salt

Then put that stuff on everything -- hence the name.

Easy. Stirring up a batch of deviled eggs is always easy, and these are no exception.

Piping makes them pretty-- pretty easy. Piping the filling into the eggs not only makes them look good, but it's way easier than futzing with the use-this-spoon-to-scoop-then-this-spoon-to-scrape-out-that-spoon method.

How to Make Everything Bagel Deviled Eggs

Hard-boil and cool six eggs. To learn how to make the perfect hard-boiled egg, you can find it here.

In a small bowl, stir together ¼ cup softened cream cheese and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise until smooth and completely combined.

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and pop the yolks into the bowl with the cream cheese mayo mix. Add salt and pepper, 2 sliced green onions, and ½ tablespoon everything bagel seasoning. Mash the mixture together with a fork until everything is combined.

Spoon yolk mixture into a small zip-top bag and snip off the corner. Pipe yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with chopped smoked salmon, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill, 1 sliced green onion, and more everything bagel seasoning.
