1 teaspoonfresh dill, chopped
Instructions
Hard-boil and cool six eggs.
In a small bowl, stir together ¼ cup softened cream cheese and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise until smooth and completely combined.
Cut the eggs in half horizontally and pop the yolks into the bowl with the cream cheese mayo mix. Add salt and pepper, 2 sliced green onions, and ½ tablespoon everything bagel seasoning. Mash the mixture together with a fork until everything is combined.
Spoon yolk mixture into a small zip-top bag and snip off the corner. Pipe yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with chopped smoked salmon, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill, 1 sliced green onion, and more everything bagel seasoning.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese. It blends smoothly with the mayo for a creamy, lump-free filling.
Pipe neatly. Transfer the yolk mixture to a zip-top bag, snip a corner, and pipe for clean, even filling.
Chill before serving. Refrigerate filled eggs for at least 30 minutes to help the flavors meld.
Make ahead. Prep the filling and store it separately, then fill and garnish just before serving.
Adjust seasoning. Taste the yolk mixture before filling the eggs and add a pinch of salt, pepper, or extra everything bagel seasoning as needed.
