Ingredients

cup
plain Greek yogurt, nonfat or full fat
1-2
tablespoons
mayonnaise
2
tablespoons
buttermilk or regular milk
¼
teaspoon
dried dill
½
teaspoon
dried parsley
½
teaspoon
dried chives
¼
teaspoon
onion powder
¼
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
tablespoon
fresh lemon juice
½
teaspoon
white vinegar
1-2
teaspoons
honey, optional
pinch
salt
pinch
black pepper
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Store in a covered jar or airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
Notes
Add herbs and seasonings to taste. If you see one you don't like, leave it out or add a small amount at first and add to taste.
To make this taste more like classic ranch, add more mayonnaise.
Sweetener is optional. Try it without it first, then add as needed. I always add it :).
To substitute fresh herbs for dried herbs, use 3x the amount.
To make this as a dip, use less milk or leave it out.
This recipe yields ¾ cup, (6) 2-tablespoon servings.
