Notes
Espresso powder. For subtle coffee flavor, start with ½ teaspoon of espresso powder and add more as needed.
Instant coffee. If substituting instant coffee crystals, use up to twice the amount.
Cocoa powder. Cocoa powder is optional but recommended as it enhances the flavor; even 1 teaspoon makes a difference.
Sweeteners. Sweeten to taste—I use 1 tablespoon for vanilla yogurt, 2 tablespoons for plain. Honey is a little harder to stir.
Yogurt. Full fat Greek yogurt will have the thickest, creamiest texture, but non-fat may also be used. If you use regular yogurt, the texture will be thinner.
