Broiled Salmon with Mayonnaise is an easy, 10-minute dinner with tender, flaky salmon and a creamy Dijon-mayo topping. It’s simple, delicious, and perfect for busy nights or effortless entertaining.
Place top oven rack 5-6 inches under broiler. Turn oven on broil. Line a baking pan with foil, spray with nonstick spray.
Place salmon onto the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
Combine mayo, Dijon, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl. Brush the mixture on top of the salmon.
Broil 5-7 minutes or until flaky and internal temperature reads 135 degrees. Set aside to allow carryover heat to fully cook it to 145 degrees. Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Do not use parchment paper, it will burn under the broiler.
Exact cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of the salmon.
Taste the mayonnaise mixture before brushing onto the salmon and adjust to your personal preferences.
If using skin-on salmon, place it skin side down on the pan.
