Maple Tahini Salad Dressing without oil is a rich and creamy dressing you’ll want to put on everything from lettuce and pasta salads to roasted vegetables.
In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and orange zest.
Add the orange juice a couple of tablespoons at a time until it reaches your desired consistency. If necessary, add a little water to thin it even further.
Use this delicious maple tahini salad dressing on your favorite salads, or as a drizzle over sweet potatoes or Roasted Potatoes and Green Beans, or as a dipping sauce for any roasted vegetables.
Notes
It is easiest to stir separated tahini when it is at room temperature. Roll the orange to loosen up the membranes and get more juice. If you make this tahini salad dressing ahead of time, it may solidify in the refrigerator. Let it come to room temperature, and, if necessary, add a little warm water, before drizzling it on your favorite salad.
