This chocolate yogurt fruit dip is fluffy and creamy and chocolatey — and super easy to whip up with just a few simple ingredients: Greek yogurt, cocoa, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of espresso powder — no processed sugar.
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, and ½ teaspoon of instant espresso powder.
With a stand mixer or hand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip all of the ingredients together until the mixture is light and fluffy, about a minute or so.
Serve your chocolate dip topped with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
