Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizzas are bold and flavorful and incredibly easy to make in about 20 minutes. Tender chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, blue cheese, and green onions come together on naan bread for an easy weeknight dinner or game day snack.
Preheat the oven to 450. Place the naan flatbreads directly on the oven rack. Warm for 2 minutes per side.
In a small bowl, toss the cooked chicken with the buffalo sauce. Set aside.
Spread 2 tablespoons of blue cheese dressing on top of each flatbread. Add ¾ cup of shredded co-Jack cheese, ¼ cup of buffalo chicken, 1 tablespoon of blue cheese crumbles, and ½ of the green onion.
Place the flatbread pizzas directly on the oven rack. Bake for 6-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Place a sheet of foil or baking pan on the rack below the pizza to catch any drips.
Notes
Pre-bake the naan to keep the crust from getting soggy. If at all possible, shred your own cheese. It melts much smoother and creamier than pre-shredded cheese.
