Creamy Lemon Herb Chicken

Lemon Herb Chicken Breasts with cream of chicken soup is an easy 30-minute dinner recipe with tender chicken in a creamy lemon herb sauce. Comforting chicken dinner recipe for busy weeknights.

– Chicken breasts – Garlic – Fresh parsley – Chicken broth – Lemon juice – Cream of chicken soup – Heavy cream


Cut chicken horizontally, pound into even thickness, and season.  

Cook with oil in hot pan until nearly done. Remove from pan.  

Saute garlic in butter, then parsley. Add broth, lemon juice, cream soup, and cream, and simmer.  

Return chicken to pan. Spoon sauce on top. Sprinkle with lemon juice and more parsley.
