Cheesy Sausage Egg Bake

Sausage Egg Bake is an easy breakfast casserole recipe with fluffy eggs, and TONS of sausage, cheese, and colorful veggies. Bake right away or make ahead for lazy weekend mornings or busy weekdays.

– Pork sausage – Eggs – Milk – Sour cream – Dijon mustard – Green onions – Red bell pepper – Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage. Whisk eggs with milk, sour cream, Dijon, salt, and pepper.

Place sausage, onions, red pepper, and cheese in baking dish.

Pour egg mixture on top. Bake right away or refrigerate overnight and bake the next morning.

Add remaining cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.
