Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies are fun and easy to make with just 4 ingredients, plus toppings. Delicious, pretty Christmas cookies you can decorate for your holiday goodie trays.

– Vanilla wafers – Marshmallows – Chocolate chips – Shortening – Toppings, optional

Top vanilla wafers with 1/2 of a large marshmallow. Warm in oven until soft. Press down with spatula.

Melt chocolate and shortening in the microwave. Dunk cookies in chocolate.

Decorate with sprinkles, sugars, crushed candy canes, or flaky sea salt. Chill until set.
