Chicken & Spinach Stuffed Shells

Cheesy Chicken Spinach No-Boil Stuffed Shells are filled with cottage cheese, spinach, and chicken, and smothered in marinara and mozzarella.  Easy pasta bake for busy weeknight dinners.

– Jumbo shells – Cottage cheese – Egg – Seasonings – Frozen spinach – Mozzarella cheese – Parmesan cheese – Rotisserie chicken – Marinara sauce


Stir cottage cheese, egg, and seasonings together. Add spinach and cheeses. 

Spoon sauce into bottom of pan. Stuff uncooked shells with filling and place in pan. 

Layer chicken over the shells.

Cover with sauce. Pour water into pan. Add cheese on top of the shells. 

Cover and bake 60 min. Uncover and bake 10 more min. 

Serve with pesto and fresh basil.
