Roasted Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes

Roasted Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes with balsamic vinaigrette is a tasty side dish that takes just a few minutes to prep and 10 minutes in the oven.

– Fresh asparagus – Cherry tomatoes – Olive oil – Balsamic vinegar – Garlic – Dijon mustard – Feta cheese


Place asparagus on pan. Season with salt and pepper. Roast 5 min. 

Whisk together olive oil, balsamic, garlic, Dijon, salt, and pepper. 

Add tomatoes to sheet pan. Drizzle with vinaigrette. Roast 5 min. 

Place asparagus on platter, top with tomato mixture.
