Ingredients
  

Cheetos Balls

  • 1 cup crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos Measure 3 cups of Flamin' Hot Cheetos to get one cup of crumbs
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • cup peanut butter chips

Milk Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • ¼ cup crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, pulse Flamin’ Hot Cheetos into fine crumbs. Place the crushed up Cheetos in a large bowl with the powdered sugar.
  • Melt the peanut butter chips in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Continue to microwave at 10-second intervals until they are melted and smooth.
  • Add the melted peanut butter chips to the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos and powdered sugar mixture. Stir until it comes together in a soft dough. Refrigerate the mixture for 5-10 minutes or until it is firm enough to shape into balls.
  • Prepare a plate with waxed paper. Portion the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos mixture with a ½ tablespoon measuring spoon and roll it into balls. Place in the refrigerator to cool and harden, about an hour.
  • Make the chocolate coating for the Cheetos balls. Melt the milk chocolate and coconut oil for 30 seconds. Stir. Continue to microwave at 10-second intervals until it is melted and smooth.
  • Drop the balls into the chocolate one at a time, sprinkle with the reserved crushed up Cheetos, and set on a wire rack to cool.
  • Store your Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Balls loosely covered between waxed paper in the refrigerator. Then try not to eat one every time you open the fridge.
