White Chocolate Lime Macaroons

White Chocolate Lime Coconut Macaroons with macadamia nuts and ginger are crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside.  Dipped in white chocolate, they're even more delicious and beautiful!

– Egg whites – Lime juice & zest – Vanilla – Ground ginger – Salt – Sweetened coconut – Sweetened condensed milk – Macadamia nuts – White chocolate chips – Shortening


Beat egg whites. add lime juice and zest, vanilla, ground ginger, and salt. 

Add coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and macadamia nuts. Fold until completely combined. 

Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. 

Dip the macaroons into melted white chocolate. Place on wax or parchment paper to set. Serve and enjoy!
