Mini turkey meatloaf is the answer to getting dinner on the table in 30 minutes.  This turkey meatloaf recipe is super moist, full of rich flavor thanks to Italian turkey sausage, Parmesan cheese, and balsamic vinegar, and the leftovers make a mean meatloaf sandwich.

Ground turkey Italian turkey sausage Egg Oatmeal Parmesan cheese Tomato paste Maple syrup Parsley Dijon mustard Balsamic vinegar Onion Garlic Salt and pepper

 Ingredients

Mix all meatloaf ingredients together in a large bowl. 

On a prepared sheet pan, pat the mixture into the shape of a rectangle. 

Make a glaze with tomato paste, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Spread over the meatloaf. 

With the dull side of a knife, cut the meatloaf into 8 pieces, and spread them apart. 

Bake at 450 for  18-20 minutes. Let them rest for about 5 minutes. 

Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Enjoy!
