Easy Mac and Cheese with Breadcrumbs 

This simple baked macaroni and cheese recipe with breadcrumbs is the ultimate Thanksgiving side dish. It’s creamy, decadent and easy to make.  One pan, no boil, no flour, no roux!

– Velveeta – Elbow macaroni – Heavy whipping cream – Chicken broth – Onion powder – Garlic powder – Mustard powder – Salt & pepper – Nutmeg – Cayenne – Sharp Cheddar  – Monterey jack

Mac & Cheese

– Panko bread crumbs – Italian seasoning – Garlic powder – Paprika – Grated Parmesan cheese – Melted butter

Breadcrumb Topping

Place the Velveeta in the center of a baking dish. Pour the macaroni around it.

Pour the whipping cream and broth over the pasta.

Sprinkle the seasonings over the cream/broth mixture and stir them around.

Add the shredded cheese.  Cover with foil and bake 50 min at 375.

While it's baking, mix the breadcrumb topping ingredients together.

Stir the melted cheese, cream, and pasta together until it blends into a uniform sauce.

Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the mac and cheese.

Bake for 15-20 more minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Let it rest for 10 minutes, then dig in!
