This Chicken Casserole is comforting and cozy, and easy to make with wild rice, stuffing, kale, cranberries, cheese, almonds, and leftover turkey or rotisserie chicken. No condensed soup. 

Chicken broth Stuffing mix Wild rice Shredded chicken or turkey Kale Dried cranberries Fresh thyme Shredded cheese Sliced almonds


Bring broth to a boil and add stuffing mix.

Add wild rice, chicken or turkey, kale, cranberries & thyme.

Place stuffing in greased casserole.

Add shredded cheese and almonds.

Cover with foil, bake 20 min. at 350. Remove foil, bake 20-25 min. more, until cheese is melted.

Serve and enjoy!
