Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Muffins

Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit Muffins are filled with all the early morning cravable things: eggs, sausage, cheddar cheese, and flaky biscuits. An easy breakfast for a crowd or busy weekday mornings.

– Heart Healthy Bisquick – Milk – Cheddar cheese – Green onions – Turkey sausage – Eggs – Olive oil – Red pepper flakes

Ingredients

Brown the turkey sausage with red pepper flakes and a dash of pepper.

Stir biscuit mix and milk together. Add cheese, green onions, and sausage.

Divide the biscuit mixture evenly among 12 muffin cups. Bake for 10 minutes at 350.

Add an egg to each muffin cup. Bake for 12-14 more minutes until egg whites are set and the yolks are just how you like them.

Serve with green onions and whatever you like on your eggs -- hot sauce, hollandaise, sliced avocado...
