Russian Tea Cookies

This is my grandma's recipe for Russian Tea Cookies, aka, Snowballs, Mexican Wedding Cookies -- buttery pecan shortbread cookies rolled in powdered sugar. Delicious classic Christmas cookie recipe.

– Butter – Powdered sugar – Vanilla extract – Flour – Salt – Pecans

Cream butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla together.

Mix in flour and salt until it forms a stiff dough. Chill.

Roll dough into balls and bake.

Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar. Cool. Roll in sugar again.
