White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients

In a food processor or blender, crush Oreos into crumbs. Add melted butter. 

Press 1 1/2 teaspoons of the crumbs into mini cupcake liners. Bake 4-5 minutes. 

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Add the eggs. 

Sift in cocoa powder. Add red food coloring. Mix until combined. 

Spoon mixture into mini cupcake pan. Bake 12-14 min at 350. 

Make the frosting.  Whip cream cheese until fluffy. 

Add melted chocolate and powdered sugar. Mix until creamy. Chill for a couple of hours. 

Pipe frosting onto mini cheesecakes. Add a mini Oreo for extra cuteness.
