– Red velvet cake mix – Cocoa powder – Butter – Eggs – Sugar – White chocolate chips – Heavy cream – Pecans

Whisk cake mix and cocoa powder together. Stir in butter and eggs. Chill dough.

Roll dough balls in sugar and make an indentation in the center.

Bake. Press the center indentation down again.

Melt white chocolate and cream in microwave. Spoon filling into cookies.

Sprinkle with pecans. Rest cookies until filling is set.
