Combine cookie mix, oats, and pumpkin spice. Set aside 1/2 cup for streusel.

Add baking powder and flour to remaining cookie mix.

Add oil, eggs, pumpkin, and milk. Stir until combined.

Make the streusel topping. Add cinnamon sugar and melted butter to reserved cookie mixture.

Fill muffin cups and top with streusel mixture.

Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Place on wire rack to cool.

Soooo good with honey and a little butter :).
