Baked Pork Chops with Cream of Mushroom Soup

Baked Pork Chops with cream of mushroom soup gravy is fast, easy, comforting weeknight dinner. Tender thick-cut pork chops are smothered in creamy mushroom sauce, and topped with crispy breadcrumbs.

–Pork chops – Paprika, cayenne – Butter – Balsamic vinegar – Onion  – Mushrooms – Garlic – Mushroom soup – Milk – Italian seasoning – Worcestershire – Dijon mustard – Panko  – Parmesan cheese

Ingredients

Season pork chops and sear in a large skillet.

Deglaze pan. Sautee mushrooms, onions, and garlic. 

Combine soup, milk, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire, Dijon, mushrooms, and onions. 

Pour over pork chops. Top with mixture of panko, Parmesan, seasonings, and melted butter. 

Bake uncovered. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes.
