Pineapple Nice Cream Coconut Balls

Pineapple Nice Cream is a dairy-free frozen dessert, and just as smooth and creamy as ice cream.  Make it extra special by rolling it in toasted coconut and drizzling it with warm cinnamon honey!

– Frozen banana slices – Frozen pineapple chunks – Unsweetened vanilla almond milk – Sweetened coconut – Honey – Cinnamon

Ingredients

Process bananas, pineapple, and almond milk in high-speed blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.

Freeze the nice cream until scoopable.

Toast the coconut in the oven until golden brown.

Scoop the nice cream into balls and roll in the coconut.

Warm the honey with cinnamon and drizzle over the pineapple nice cream.
