Parmesan Panko Crusted Cod

Baked Parmesan Panko Crusted Cod is flaky and tender with a flavorful, crispy, crunchy topping.  An easy weeknight dinner recipe for a healthy meal you can make in about 30 minutes.

– Cod fillets  – Mayonnaise – Dijon mustard  – Panko breadcrumbs – Cajun seasoning – Italian seasoning – Lemon zest  – Parmesan – Butter – Lemon wedges


Season fish with salt and pepper and brush with mayonnaise and mustard mixture.  

Combine panko ingredients. Divide among the fillets and gently press into the mayo coating. 

Bake until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. 

Serve with lemon wedges.
