Mustard Pork Tenderloin

One-pan Mustard Pork Tenderloin is tender and juicy with savory Dijon mustard sauce.  This 30-minute oven pork tenderloin is an easy weeknight dinner or elegant special occasion meal.

– Pork tenderloins – Garlic – Chicken broth – Brown sugar – Dijon mustard – Dried thyme – Heavy cream

Ingredients

Season pork with salt and pepper. Sear in hot skillet. Remove and set aside. 

Saute garlic in butter. Add broth, brown sugar, mustard, and thyme. 

Return pork tenderloins to pan and turn over in sauce. 

Bake in oven, occasionally basting in sauce. Remove pork from pan. 

Stir cream into sauce and simmer to slightly thicken. 

Slice into medallions and serve with sauce.
