Oven Baked Panko Chicken Cutlets 

Thin Sliced Chicken Breast Cutlets with panko are crispy on the outside, flavorful and juicy on the inside, and oven-baked to perfection in about 20 minutes.  Fast and easy chicken dinner recipe.

– Boneless skinless chicken breasts – Salt and pepper – Flour – Paprika – Garlic powder – Onion powder – Eggs  – Panko bread crumbs – Parmesan cheese – Italian seasoning – Nonstick cooking spray

Ingredients

Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally. Pound to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper. 

In a shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. 

Beat the eggs in a second shallow dish. 

Combine panko, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and paprika in a third shallow dish. 

Coat each chicken cutlet in flour, then egg, then panko bread crumbs. 

Place on baking sheet and spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 15-20 minutes.
