These great big Oatmeal Craisin Chocolate Chip Cookies are soft and chewy in the center with crispy edges, and filled with wholesome rolled oats, chewy craisins, and decadent dark chocolate.

Butter Brown sugar White sugar Eggs Vanilla extract Flour Baking soda Cinnamon Salt Cornstarch Rolled oats Craisins Chocolate chips

Ingredients

Cream the butter and sugars together. 

Mix in eggs and vanilla. 

Sift in the dry ingredients and mix.  

Mix in the oatmeal, craisins, and chocolate chips. 

Scoop the dough -- about the size of a baseball for SUPER BIG cookies!

Place 4-6 scoops on a baking sheet. 

Bake at 420 for 9-11 minutes, or until tops are golden brown. 

Let them cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes if you like 'em gooey. 

For an hour if you like 'em chewy.
