Easy No Bake Pumpkin Pie in a Cup

Pumpkin Pie in a Cup is an easy recipe for no-bake pumpkin cheesecake in an adorable mason jar or cup.  A fun way to give everyone their very own pumpkin pie and great recipe for the holidays.

–Gingersnaps  – Butter – Cream cheese – Powdered sugar – Pumpkin spice  – Whipped topping – Vanilla pudding mix – Milk – Pumpkin puree – Cinnamon

Ingredients

Mix gingersnap crumbs with melted butter. Spoon into jars or cups. 

Whip cream cheese with powdered sugar and pumpkin spice. Mix in whipped topping.  

Spoon or pipe into jars over the gingersnap crumbs. 

Mix pudding mix, pumpkin, pumpkin spice, and milk. Fold in whipped topping. 

Spoon into jars over the cream cheese layer. 

Dollop or pipe whipped topping on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. 

Chill for at least 2-4 hours. Serve and enjoy!
