Mini Turkey Meatloaf

Mini Turkey Meatloaf is super moist, topped with a rich, tangy glaze (no ketchup), and takes about 30 minutes to make. No muffin pan needed.  Fast, easy dinner, perfect for busy weeknights.

– Ground turkey & turkey sausage – Egg – Oats – Parmesan cheese – Tomato paste – Maple syrup – Parsley – Dijon mustard – Balsamic vinegar – Onion – Garlic

Ingredients

Mix meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl until just combined. 

Pat mixture into a rectangle on foil lined pan. 

Mix glaze together and spread over meatloaf. 

Cut the meatloaf into 8 equal pieces and spread them apart. Bake 18-20 min.

Bake 18-20 min. If desired, serve with Parmesan and fresh herbs.
