Mexican Street Corn Pinwheel Appetizers with cream cheese are an easy appetizer for parites, picnics, or game day.  Zesty corn wrapped in a tortilla, sliced into pinwheels are the ultimate finger food.

• Cream cheese • Mayonnaise • Sour cream • Fresh parsley • Jalapeno • Green onions • Fresh lime juice • Chili powder • Charred corn kernels • Cotija or feta cheese • Flour tortillas

Ingredients

Mix cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream. Add parsley, jalapeno, green onions, lime juice, and chili powder.

Stir in the corn. 

Add Cotija or feta cheese. Stir until combined.

Spread mixture evenly on flour tortillas.

Roll up tortillas, wrap in plastic. Chill for 1 hr.

Slice into rolls with a serrated knife.

Serve on their own or with your favorite salsa. Enjoy!
