No-Churn Lemon Curd Ice Cream

Lemon curd no-churn ice cream is a smooth and creamy homemade vanilla ice cream with lemon curd ripples.  Easy 4-ingredient recipe, no ice cream maker needed.  Refreshing summertime treat anytime.

– Whipping cream – Vanilla extract – Sweetened condensed milk – Lemon curd


Whip the cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.  Fold the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream.

Swirl dollops of the lemon curd into the sweetened whipped cream.

Spoon the mixture into a freezer container or loaf pan. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

Serve in cones, waffle bowls, or in a dish with fresh fruit and a cookie.
