Soft & Moist  Lemon Blackberry Bread

Lemon Blackberry Bread is studded with juicy blackberries and drizzled with a lemon glaze.  An easy lemon quick bread recipe that's delicious for breakfast or dessert.

– Sugar – Butter – Eggs – Lemons – Lemon extract – Greek yogurt – Flour – Salt – Baking powder – Baking soda – Blackberries – Powdered sugar


Cream butter and sugar together. Mix in eggs, lemon extract, lemon juice and zest, and yogurt.

Sift in the dry ingredients. Gently fold in 2/3 of the blackberries.

Pour the batter into a loaf pan. Place the rest of the berries on top, pressing some into the batter.

Bake 50-60 minutes.

Make lemon powdered sugar glaze. Drizzle over the cooled bread.

Serve and enjoy!
