Combine onion, garlic, and Jack Daniels whiskey in a saucepan.
Simmer on low heat until the onion is soft and translucent.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce to low heat.
Simmer uncovered until the sauce has reduced by half.
Finely mince the garlic and onion so you don't end up with big pieces in your sauce.
