Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

You can make this in the Crock Pot or oven.  Spray 3 qt. Crock Pot or small (~8x8) casserole dish with cooking spray.

Did you know you can use cookware in your Crock Pot? 

Process beans, tahini, garlic powder, 1/2 lemon juice, salt and pepper in food processor.  Or mash with fork. Spread in dish or crock pot. 

Mix yogurt, 1/2 lemon juice, garlic powder, and blue cheese. Spoon over bean layer. 

Mix chicken and buffalo sauce. Place over blue cheese layer. 

Add shredded cheese. 

Bake 20-25 min at 350, or in Crock Pot on high for 1 to 2 1/2 hours --- until cheese is melted. 

Top with buffalo sauce, sliced green onions, and more blue cheese. 

Serve with chips, crackers, pretzels, veggies... apple slices are awesome with this!
