Banana Chocolate Nice Cream

Chocolate Banana Nice Cream is a healthy chocolate "ice cream" made from frozen bananas.  It's rich, chocolatey, and decadent -- and the peanut butter drizzle takes it over the top!

– Frozen banana slices – Dark cocoa powder – Unsweetened almond milk – Salt, optional – Powdered peanut butter (or creamy peanut butter) – Maple syrup – Water


Process frozen banana, cocoa powder, almond milk, and salt in a food processor or high-powered blender until smooth and creamy.

For soft-serve consistency, serve right away. For scoopable ice cream, freeze for a couple of hours.

Stir peanut butter powder, maple syrup, and a little water together. Drizzle over the ice cream. Enjoy!
