The BEST Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread

This dairy-free, Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread recipe is soft and moist with a crispy raw sugar topping.  Easy quick bread recipe for fall baking or anytime you crave pumpkin spice.

– Eggs – Pure maple syrup – Coconut oil – Vanilla extract – Unsweetened almond milk – Pumpkin puree – Gluten Free Baking Flour – Salt – Baking powder – Baking soda – Pumpkin pie spice – Raw sugar, optional

Ingredients

Whisk eggs and maple syrup together. Whisk in the rest of the wet ingredients. 

Sift in the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. It's okay if it's lumpy. 

Pour batter into loaf pan. Sprinkle the top with raw sugar, optional. Bake 40-50 minutes. 

Let cool, then slice and enjoy! 

Delicious with a smear of fruit spread or pumpkin butter!
