Garlic Red Skin Mashed Potatoes

Garlic Redskin Mashed Potatoes with cream cheese and Parmesan cheese are the best mashed potatoes ever.  Fast, easy prep and they cook in under 30 minutes. Perfect weeknight or holiday side dish.

– Red potatoes – Garlic  – Butter – Cream cheese – Heavy cream – Parmesan cheese – Salt and pepper


Boil potatoes and garlic in salted water until potatoes are tender. 

Drain potatoes and place back in pot. Mash over low heat. 

Add butter, cream, cream cheese, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth. 

Serve warm with butter and a sprinkle of parsley.  Enjoy!
