Fudgy Greek Yogurt Brownies

– Dark chocolate chips – Almond milk – Brown sugar – Vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt  – Eggs – Vanilla – Flour – Dark cocoa powder – Espresso powder – Baking powder – Salt – Flaky sea salt


Crush chocolate cravings with Fudgy Greek Yogurt Brownies. This easy one-bowl brownie recipe is lightened up with Greek yogurt, yet still dense, dark, and chocolatey -- and bakes in about 20 minutes.

Melt chocolate chips and almond milk together in the microwave.

Whisk in brown sugar and yogurt. Then eggs and vanilla.

Sift in the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.

Pour batter into an 8x8 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the sides are set and the center is still soft. Sprinkle with flaky salt.
