Fudgy (Healthy) Greek Yogurt Brownies

Fudgy Greek Yogurt Brownies are dense, dark, and fudgy -- and about 110 calories each.  Make this easy one-bowl brownie recipe  in about 20 minutes.

– Dark chocolate chips – Almond milk – Brown sugar – Vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt  – Eggs – Vanilla – Flour – Dark cocoa powder – Espresso powder – Baking powder – Salt – Flaky sea salt


Melt chocolate chips and almond milk together in the microwave.

Whisk in brown sugar and yogurt. Then eggs and vanilla.

Sift in the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.

Pour batter into an 8x8 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the sides are set and the center is still soft. Sprinkle with flaky salt.
