Mini turkey meatloaf is so easy and ready in about 30 minutes.  This easy meatloaf recipe is moist and full of flavor and the leftovers make a mean meatloaf sandwich.

Ground turkey Italian turkey sausage Egg Oatmeal Parmesan cheese Tomato paste Maple syrup Parsley Dijon mustard Balsamic vinegar Onion Garlic Salt and pepper


Mix all meatloaf ingredients together in a large bowl. 

On a prepared sheet pan, pat the mixture into the shape of a rectangle. 

Make a glaze with tomato paste, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Spread over the meatloaf. 

With the dull side of a knife, cut the meatloaf into 8 pieces, and spread them apart. 

Bake at 450 for  18-20 minutes. Let them rest for about 5 minutes. 

Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Enjoy!
