Roasted Broccolini Salad 

Roasted Broccolini Salad with crispy white beans and zesty Greek yogurt tahini dressing comes together in just 30 minutes for a fast and easy side dish for holidays or weeknight dinners.

– Great Northern beans – Olive oil – Broccolini – Red pepper flakes – Garlic – Greek yogurt – Tahini – Honey – Lmon juice – Shallot – Dried cranberries – Pecans – Feta

Ingredients

Toss beans in olive oil, salt and pepper. Add halved lemon. Roast until brown and crispy. 

Toss broccolini in olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Roast until charred. 

Whisk together yogurt, tahini, honey, lemon juice, shallot, salt, pepper, and warm water.

Top roasted broccolini and crispy beans with dressing, cranberries, pecans, and feta.
