No-Bake Cheesecake with Cool Whip

No-Bake Cheesecake with Cool Whip an easy cheesecake dessert recipe that sets up perfectly in the refrigerator.  This light and creamy dessert is delicious with pie filling or your favorite topping.

–Graham crackers  – Brown sugar  – Cinnamon – Butter – Cream cheese  – Powdered sugar – Sour cream – Vanilla extract – Lemon juice – Cool Whip or TruWhip

Ingredients

Crush graham crackers. Mix crust ingredients together and press into springform pan. Chill crust. 

Whip cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and lemon juice. 

Stir in whipped topping until completely incorporated and smooth and creamy.

Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth out the top. 

Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.  Serve it just as it is ...
