Lemon Poke Cake

Lemon Poke Cake with lemon Jello AND lemon pudding is incredibly moist and bursting with lemon flavor.  Delicious and easy lemon cake recipe that starts with an easy box mix.

– White cake mix – Oil, eggs, and water per box instructions – Lemon Jello mix – Lemon pudding mix – Milk – Fresh lemon juice – Lemon zest – Cool Whip

Ingredients

Bake cake in 9 x 13 pan according to box instructions.  Poke holes into the cake. 

Prepare lemon Jello mix with 1/2 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water. Pour over the cake. 

Whisk together lemon pudding, lemon juice, lemon zest, and milk. Spread over cake.  

Chill cake in refrigerator. Gently spread Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle with lemon zest. 

Serve and enjoy!
