Lemon Blackberry Bread

Sweet Lemon Blackberry Bread is studded with juicy blackberries and drizzled with citrus glaze.  It stirs together in minutes with simple ingredients for a sweet and satisfying breakfast or dessert.

– Sugar – Butter – Eggs – Lemons – Lemon extract  – Lemon Greek yogurt – Flour – Salt – Baking powder – Baking soda – Blackberries – Powdered sugar


Cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs. Mix in lemon extract, lemon juice and zest, and yogurt.

Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda into the bowl, then stir until just combined.

Halve or quarter blackberries and gently fold them into the batter.

Spoon the batter into your prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 50-60 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.

Stir the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest together. Drizzle over the bread.
