Cranberry Almond Macaroons

Cranberry almond macaroons are soft, chewy toasted coconut cookies.  These easy one-bowl cookies come together with coconut, cranberries, almonds, white chocolate chips, and a white chocolate drizzle.

– Egg whites  – Salt – Vanilla extract – Sweetened coconut – Sweetened condensed milk – Dried cranberries – Sliced almonds – White chocolate chips – Shortening


Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Whisk in salt and vanilla. 

Add coconut, condensed milk, cranberries, almonds, and white chocolate. Fold until combined. 

Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. 

Melt white chocolate and shortening. Drizzle over the macaroons.  Serve and enjoy!
