Blueberry Cornbread Streusel Cake is an easy dessert recipe that is really equal parts cornbread, coffee cake, and fruit streusel bars.  With a sweet cornbread base, a jammy blueberry center, and a cinnamon crumbly topping, it's perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a snack. 

Jiffy cornbread mix Flour Lemon juice & zest Vanilla Butter Blueberry jam Blueberries Brown sugar Pecans Cinnamon

Ingredients

Mix cornbread mix, flour, lemon juice and zest, vanilla. Cut in butter. Pat 2/3 of mixture into pan.

Melt jam and stir in blueberries. Spread over the dough.

Add brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon to remaining mix. Crumble over blueberry mixture.

Bake until golden brown. Look at that ooey layer of blueberries....
