Cinnamon Baked Apples

Cinnamon Baked Apples with cinnamon oat crumble, pecans, cranberries, and brown sugar are baked until fork-tender.   Serve warm with caramel sauce and ice cream for an easy fall apple dessert.

– Apples – Old fashioned oats – Flour – Butter – Brown sugar – Dried cranberries – Pecans – Cinnamon – Ginger – Salt


Combine oats, brown sugar, pecans, cranberries, and seasonings. Mix in the butter. 

Cut the tops off the apples. Scoop out the core and seeds. 

Fill the apples with the oat filling. 

Pour warm water into dish. Cover with foil. Bake 30 min. Remove foil and bake until tender. 

Serve warm with ice cream and caramel sauce.
